Xtreme Air Mega Park

Awesome place to take my son and his friends! Great fun for every age group! The run frequent specials and have fun events. The staff is helpful and friendly from my experience. The first time you go, you will have to fill out waivers but then you are saved in the system so you can pay and play. The kids love it and they always come home sweaty, tired and ready for bed 😁. I highly recommend giving them a try if you’ve never been.

Greatly disappointed in visit. We visited on December 26th weekday and the park was not extremely busy. We highly considered a membership but I wanted to give it a try before making a year long commitment for 3 grandchildren. When we first arrived the girls wanted to ride the Zipline. The two older ones rode twice and the youngest walked up but got scared and didn't ride. After playing in the park for a little over an hour they decided to go ride the Zipline again. The sign stated open and the two boys were sitting playing on their phones. When we approached they stated that the girls had already rode three times. There is a sign posted for zipline - three rides per child. Despite the fact that the two older ones had only rode twice and youngest had not rode at all, the employees initially refused the ride and called us liars. I agree when busy this would probably need to be enforced however with not a person waiting, I am not sure this is a good business practice to pay employees to be lazy and rude. The lady in charge did come back to speak to the boys which I greatly appreciate but at this point it was uncomfortable and confrontational. They did end up riding three times each after discussing with supervisor. If working in a children's playground, one would expect enthusiastic or at least happy employees not rude boys. The boys seemed malcontent with their jobs and would rather get paid to be on their phones. Our granddaughters were just trying to play and have fun. After the incident, I would have preferred to leave but we still had 45 minutes left. The other issues seem to be maintenance related. The vending machines not working, the paid lockers not working, women's bathroom needs some repairs, largest jump seems to be losing air, a handrail broken without a sign just to mention a few. I am so glad I did not sign up for membership because I prefer to spend my hard earned money where everyone is happy to be working. I refuse to pay for rude people. The front desk staff were nice and trying to rectify the problem even though it was not them. Very unhappy patrons.
